- Pack Well and Securely — Ensure all items are properly and safely packaged for shipment.
- Send Only Legal Items — Only ship items that comply with legal standards. Avoid sending narcotics, drugs, or prohibited goods.
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location — Arrive promptly to avoid delays. Don’t load goods that are too large for the vehicle or overload the vehicle beyond its capacity.
- Choose the correct vehicle category for your needs — Select an appropriate vehicle type for your delivery.
- Pay the full fare displayed on the app — Ensure payments match the amount shown on the app. Don’t cancel orders and wrongfully blame the partner.
- Respect all individuals – Ensure that interactions are free from any form of bias or discrimination. Don’t discriminate based on gender, religion, caste, or race.
