Currently, ONE800 processes 70 repairs per day through 25 repair partners across Bangalore and services a total of 173 pin codes. With a team of delivery partners operating across strategically located hubs in the city, the company initially provided quick and reliable pickup services. However, as the order volume increased and ONE800 needed to process more orders per hour, the delivery partner network was unable to sustain the same level of service. This resulted in longer pickup times and operational inefficiencies. ONE800’s team manually assigned delivery partners for each pickup and drop, which led to delays as the volume of orders grew. This additional effort also increased the cost for each delivery by ₹4-6 per kilometre.

Repairs were frequently booked between 5-8pm, with the repairs and delivery being completed by 10am the following day or even as early as the same day. This flexibility increased customer satisfaction and enhanced the customer experience, enabling ONE800 to improve business efficiency.
